Payment Terms

  1. 20% of the total sum at the time of reserving and the balance due no later than 6 weeks before the start date for the tour.
  2. If reserving a tour less than 6 weeks before the start date, the reservation must be accompanied by full payment.

Cancellation Policy

  1. All cancellations must be received in writing to info@exploreandalusia.com
  2. Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the tour: 20%
  3. Cancellation between 6 and 4 weeks before the tour: 50%
  4. Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the tour: 100%

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Explore Andalusia (from hereon in referred to interchangeably as ‘the company’) reserves the right to change the itinerary of your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the company (adverse weather conditions, monument renovations etc). These kinds of changes will not be liable for refund except in the situation of specific tickets paid for by the customer, when these tickets have not ultimately been purchased by the company due to the adverse conditions.
  2. The company cannot be held liable for any changes to the holiday due to force majeure. In the case of adverse weather, the company will do its best to offer alternative arrangements to the planned activities. No refund will be given in the case of an altered itinerary. In the case of the daily excursions being completely cancelled, the customer may be entitled to a partial refund, solely at the discretion of Explore Andalusia.
  3. Explore Andalusia uses the services of 3rd party tour guides. While we take every precaution necessary to achieve your best interests, Explore Andalusia cannot be held liable for any occurence or experience caused directly by or during an official 3rd party tour. In this instance Explore Andalusia agrees to provide contact details to the specific tour provider and/or to complain on your behalf.
  4. In extremely rare scenarios, due to unexpected circumstances, the company reserves the right to cancel a holiday. In such a case, all monies will be refunded to the customer.
  5. Explore Andalusia reserves the right to terminate the contract should the customer become aggressive, abusive or in any way unruly to the point where it could be considered a threat to the company or others. No refund will be liable under such circumstances.
  6. It is the responsibility of the traveller to acquire full travel insurance. The company accepts no liability for any type of loss, damage, injury, illness or death. Upon reserving a holiday with Explore Andalusia you are certifying that you hold comprehensive, valid travel insurance.
  7. A security deposit of 100€ will be held against any possible damages to the accommodation (excluding general wear, minor breakages etc) and refunded upon departure. In the case that the apartment cannot be inspected at the time of departure, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer not later than 2 weeks after the departure date.
  8. The accommodation should be left in a clean state. Failure to do so may result in an excess cleaning charge which will be withheld from the security deposit.
  9. In the case of minor damages or excess cleaning charges (when less than 100€), the balance will be refunded to the client via bank transfer no later than 14 days after the departure date.
  10. We trust that you will have a wonderful holiday with Explore Andalusia and we endeavour to do our utmost to ensure that it is so. However, if you have any complaints during your holiday, we kindly request that you communicate them to a member of staff. Only through communication can we improve our service or rectify an omission. We trust that you will give us an opportunity to rectify your complaint to ensure the best result for everyone.
